KATRINA PALLON (Philippines, b. 1985) graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications. Known for her maximalist style, Pallon's paintings and illustrations showcase her passion for intricate design and her meticulous attention to detail, elevating even the simplest of subjects. She is a visual artist who presents unique paintings and drawings across various media, grounded in powerful imagery and a conceptual vocabulary. She has actively participated in solo art galleries and public group exhibitions in Manila, New York, Singapore, and Japan. She is also an illustrator and muralist, and has established a reputation in the Philippine art world for her creative works that capture the beauty of pan-Asian cultures.
Pallon, a resident of Star Ana, Manila, has moved from a studio life of seclusion to a life of constant driving, exploring Manila and other quiet Asian towns in search of the perfect coffee. She's an avid martial arts enthusiast, practicing Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, and Jin Tai Chi. She's recently become obsessed with pole fitness.
