SHIPMENT METHOD
 
LOCAL SHIPPING

  1. We use Hong Kong Postal system or GOGO van as delivery options and delivery charge which apply will be borne by client/s. Expected delivery time will be within 3-5 days if the paintings are in Hong Kong, or 2-3 weeks (for paintings) and 3-4 weeks for (sculptures) if the artworks are coming from overseas such as Philippines, Thailand, Australia, and other countries.


 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD

  1.  We can ship to most destinations worldwide. Artworks are usually shipped using Registered Mail service provided by the Hong Kong Post Office which is an excellent service. With this shipping option, clients can be provided with an online tracking number for the delivery status. Parcels shipped this way will require signature upon receipt and will usually require around 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please note that normal delivery of artworks are not insured and if you require insurance, you should note this in the special instructions when checking out. We will not be responsible for any uninsured item/s which are lost or damaged in transit.

  2. Couriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL provide detailed tracking information and estimated delivery date, but we charge extra for these courier services. For clients who would like to use their own personal or corporate courier account, pleases simply provide us with your account details and items will be shipped this way.

  3. Depending on where you are, Customs fees are determined by your country's Customs Department which we are unable to predict, shoulder or include in your bill. When Customs fees are applied, they would require payment of that fee in order for your shipment to be released.

PACKING FOR SHIPPING
The nature of the items that we sell mean that they often require special care and attention when packing for shipment. We will ensure all parcels are packed to a very high standard. For overseas, we recommend and prefer to ship prints and paintings rolled in strong cardboard tubes. For other artworks that can not be rolled, it will be shipped flat using multiple layers of rigid corrugated cardboard.
 
DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed or undelivered packages. We pack items to withstand damage but for fragile items like sculptures made of glass, we recommend for you to take an insurance.

PAYMENT METHOD
 
1.   For online shopping via our shopping cart service, we accept payment by Paypal. Alternatively and particularly for larger purchases, we can provide you with bank details at HSBC for direct or telegraphic transfer.
 
2.   We accept Visa, Mastercard & Paypal payment.
